1. Who is eligible for reimbursement?

This offer is available to both new and existing CCBank customers

  • New accounts must remain open for a minimum of six (6) months to qualify for reimbursement.
  • Existing account holders are eligible immediately.
  • Applies to both Business and Consumer Accounts

2. What is the maximum reimbursement amount I can receive?

Customers may receive reimbursements up to a maximum of $1,000 (Business and Consumer Accounts).

3. When can I request reimbursement?
  • New Accounts: Must be open for at least six (6) months before qualifying for reimbursement.
  • Existing Accounts: Eligible for reimbursement immediately upon request, subject to other terms.
  • Applies to both Business and Consumer Accounts
4. What types of fees are not eligible for reimbursement?

The following fees are not eligible for reimbursement under this program:

  • Non-Sufficient Funds (NSF) Fees
  • Overdraft Fees
  • Garnishment Fees
  • Legal Fees (including DACA and Collection Fees)
  • Safety Deposit Box Fees
  • Any fees retained by CCBank

5. What documentation is required to request reimbursement?

To process a reimbursement request, customers must provide three (3) months of previous bank or analysis statements from the financial institution where the fees were incurred.
